Mr. Flusterfingers is the flustered assistant hotel manger, who works along side his long suffering wife, who acts as the hotel receptionist.

The handsome hotel gardener who falls in love with Lily Rose.   They send love letters backwards and forwards via the birds, so that their relationship remains undetected by Oro.
